A CONSTITUTIONAL LAW MUST WORK FOR VOTERS AND CHILDREN, TO FULFILL ALL PEOPLE’S PARADISE DREAMS, AS CONSIDERED AN EXCELLENT CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. OTHERWISE, IT IS AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW OR BAD LAW.

GORVERMENT

Government is defined as the constitutional political system that governs the greatest country by constitutional laws, such as America, France, the United Kingdom (UK), China, Russia, etc.

Democracy (Rule by the People): Power belongs to the citizens, who exercise it either directly or through elected officials.

Constitutional Monarchy: The monarch serves as a ceremonial head of state, while actual political power rests with an elected parliament (e.g., the United Kingdom).

Absolute Monarchy: The monarch holds supreme, unrestricted executive and legislative power (e.g., Saudi Arabia).

UN Charter

The United Nations Charter was created in San Francisco on June 26, 1945, and came into force on October 24, 1945. Representatives of 50 countries gathered at the United Nations Conference on International Organizations in San Francisco. China, France, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and most other signatories ratified the Charter.

The UN Charter worked to maintain international peace and security, provide humanitarian assistance to those in need, protect more prominent human rights for more considerable valuable human rights, and uphold the International Human Rights Law of the International Court of Justice.

The UN Charter maintained the goal of developing the most outstanding human rights, such as advanced futuristic technology, highest-class lifestyles, and financial freedom, to end the extremely poor or impoverished so that everyone globally can enjoy a paradise life of justice, peace, happiness, and equality forever.

International Human Rights Law adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) on December 10, 1948, by the United Nations General Assembly. It was drafted as a common standard for everyone to have the most excellent ability to enjoy all human rights worldwide. It is a declaration of fundamental human rights norms (especially in social behaviors) that respect and protect everyone.

Eleanor Roosevelt, the widow of American President Franklin D. Roosevelt, chaired the UDHR drafting committee. René Cassin of France, who was with her, composed the first draft of the Declaration.

Committee Rapporteur Charles Malik of Lebanon, Vice-Chairman Peng Chung Chang of China, and John Humphrey of Canada, Director of the UN’s Human Rights Division, prepared the Declaration’s blueprint. However, Mrs. Roosevelt was recognized as the driving force behind its adoption.

The UDHR, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, has two Optional Protocols, and the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights form the so-called International Bill of Human Rights.
